Stronger International Ties Between the Nizhny Novgorod Region and Turkmenistan: A Letter of Acknowledgement from the Regional Lawmaker to LUNN Student Kakadzhan Muratgeldiev

Kakadzhan Muratgeldiev, a student of the LUNN Higher School of Linguistics, Pedagogy and Psychology, received a Letter of Acknowledgement from Nikolai Shumilkov, Member of the Legislative Assembly of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

In his letter, Nikolai Shumilkov expresses sincere gratitude to Kakadzhan Muratgeldiev for his contribution to the development of the international volunteer movement, student self-government, and assistance in organizing regional, federal, and international youth projects. Nikolai Shumilkov also highlights Kakadzhan’s proactive attitude to life and selfless work that foster closer international ties between the Nizhny Novgorod Region and Turkmenistan.
